		MELPEM is a company with an almost 30-years long experience in solenoids manufacturing. Our products are mainly used for command, actuation, security systems and any time an ON/OFF, lock/latching application is needed. The reference markets we cover in Italy and abroad go from Vending systems to Security, Door Locks, Lifting systems, Bank automation, Payment automation, Industry automation, etc. MELPEM comes out for its ability to design and manufacture products quickly following any customer's design and for the ability to help in the search of the best solution thanks to its internal R&D department. MELPEM performs 100% percent of manufacturing process internally, thus having complete control over final product quality. In a fast-changing industry MELPEM can deliver right solutions in the shortest time possible. We do offer all of our experience to look for smart solutions for our customers. MELPEM products are manufactured under strict manufacturing standards: with the aim to offer best quality possible the company is UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certified by Tüv Süd at nr. 50 100 187. Products are manufactured following VDE 0580 rules and are compliant with 73/23/CEE (LOW POWER) directive, CEI EN 60335-1, and to directives 2002/95/CE and 2002/96/CE (ROHS). Upon request products can be assembled using UL-compliant materials in order to satisfy non-EU countries requirements. During manufacturing cycle strict quality controls are performed in order to deliver highest quality possible. Over 100% of products test are performed as: Test Surge or Pulse Test for 100% of coils. Final Test for 100% of solenoids, performing functional and security tests: Resistance test Dielectric rigidity test (AC) Isolation test (DC) Functional test with vibration check (only AC products)
